• We regret that no pets or children under 12 are allowed.
• Please secure the booking by depositing the full payment directly into the Gastehys bank account and email proof of payment to [email protected] or SMS it to 074 322 5225.
• In order for us to secure your booking, the full amount is required within 24 hours of the making and provisional confirmation of the booking.
• Cancellation more than 14 days prior to date of stay will result in 25% of the full amount being forfeited.
• Cancellation 7 to 13 days prior to date of stay will result in 50% of the full amount being forfeited.
• Any cancellation less than 7 days prior to date of stay will not be refunded.
• A minimum charge of R100 or 1% will be charged for administrative fees in connection with amendments or cancellations.

• By entering the premises, guests agree that Gastehys JanHarmsgat will not be held responsible for any loss of, or damage to, any guest’s personal property; neither for any injury, accident or death, howsoever caused.
• All belongings must be kept in the rooms at all times.
• Guests understand that Gastehys JanHarmsgat reserves the right to charge for any damages to the property or its contents during guests’ visit.
• No smoking is allowed in the rooms of the Gastehys.
• We reserve the right of admission.
